We're thrilled for your upcoming cleaning appointment and want to ensure you have a great experience with our team. To help things go smoothly, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:
1. Reschedule or Cancel: If anything comes up, please reschedule or cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
2. Clear Space: Remove any piles of clothes or items that may obstruct the cleaning process. For unorganized items, consider adding organization hours to your booking. Having to organize before cleaning can extend the appointment beyond the booked time.
3. Move Furniture: If you want us to clean under or behind large furniture, please move it beforehand. Our staff is not allowed to move furniture to prevent accidents or injuries.
4. Book the Right Service: Ensure you've booked the correct service for your needs. While we're happy to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, not booking the correct service could increase the price and time needed, potentially affecting our schedule for the day. If you decline the correct services, our work is not guaranteed.
5. Remove any excessive trash from the premises. We can only dispose of trash equivalent to 2 large kitchen bags.
6. Ensure toilets are flushed.
7. Find a safe spot for your pets during the cleaning. If your pet sheds or has left stains, please add the pet fee to your booking.
8. Place clean sheets on each bed if we'll be changing your linens.
9. Inform the cleaning team where to dispose of trash. We will remove up to 2 large kitchen bags of trash; anything beyond that is considered excessive and the customer's responsibility.

- Cleaning animal waste/litter/insects
- Cleaning of paint stains
- Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, etc)
- Cleaning while another service provider is present
- Re-cleans after another unaffiliated service was done
- Hoarding
- Washing of Exterior Windows
- Cleaning of exterior of home
- Moving Heavy Furniture >50lbs
- Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs
- Bodily Fluids (blood, urine, vomit, feces)
